Greetings Heroic Beer Drinkers!
September was all about family. As many of you know our brewery family suffered a terrible loss in September. Our dear friend Kelli Riynock suffered a massive heart attack on Friday Sept 14th. Kelli received CPR and chest compressions by our amazing customers, was transported to St Elizabeth's by ambulance then taken to Cleveland university hospital by helicopter. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family the following day. So many people did so much to keep her with us and we thank you all for your support and prayers. We had the distinct honor of hosting her funeral services the following week. We would like to thank John and Jamie for providing all the food, what a huge gift in her honor! We were very blessed to have such a wonderful turn out to support Mike and the kids during this very difficult time. Please continue to pray for her family as they deal with the loss of a wonderful wife and mother of 3. God speed Kelli! We love you!!
October brings us together with pumpkins, leaves reminding us that change brings color into our lives, a wickedly fun holiday and new flavors on tap to taste. Come spend some time with us to experience the fun October brings!
October 11 - Pumpkin Ale will be released!
Have you seen the video featuring the making of Paladin's Fire Roasted Pumpkin Ale? We take the time to roast our pumpkin, so the beer has a pumpkin flavor. This does magic to the character of our beer! You just have to try it!!
October 26 - Paladin the Brown returns!
This Brown Ale is a sweet and malty brew with complex flavor. Perfectly smooth thanks to the three kinds of caramel malts. Paladin the Brown even has a touch of chocolate and raisin undertones. If you're looking for hops, this beer is not for you.
October 27 - Pumpkin Carving with Molnar Farms
From 3 pm - 7 pm, Paladin will be hosting a pumpkin carving party in conjunction with Molnar Farms. A free pumpkin to anyone who buys a glass of Pumpkin Ale. We will have some tools on hand but feel free to bring your own if you want. We will also provide stencils and brown bags (to contain the mess). Bring the kids and get them involved. We will even put up the bounce house if the weather allows! Should be a great fall afternoon for the entire family. Follow us on Facebook for additional details.
October 31 - A Halloween Treat from October 31 - November 3
We will be open on Halloween and offering a glass to the first 100 people to come in costume or with their child in costume that buys a Pumpkin Ale. In fact, let's make this fun holiday last through the weekend, we will give the glasses away through Saturday, November 3rd. So put that costume on one more time and visit us. Of course, there will be candy involved!
New Additions to the Infusion Series
We have completely kicked the summer series along with Sir Kenneth infused with Blood Orange Zest, and as of writing this email, we are serving the Champions Breakfast Buckeye and the Blood Orange Mosiac. Once these kick there are more waiting to take their place. Come in often to make sure you get to taste each of them!
